Tooltrail was founded by Gitte Mertens. After six years working with various software suppliers, she kept seeing the same pattern: companies buy software but don’t use it — or they put off making the switch for fear of the hassle. That’s why Tooltrail first maps out your processes and only then selects the tool, whether new or existing. Tooltrail doesn’t sell software itself and therefore operates impartially.
Who is it for?
