Peppol is built in. You don’t need to understand it to use it.
Since 1 January 2026, you send and receive B2B invoices as structured e-invoices via Peppol. In Flow, that’s included as standard in every plan. You register your Peppol ID yourself from the settings, you choose whether you also receive via Peppol, and you see for each invoice whether it has arrived.
Peppol BIS 3.0 is included in all Flow plans.
What’s included
- Manage your Peppol registration: your active Peppol ID and the status of your registration at a glance.
- Turn receiving via Peppol on or off, so you decide whether incoming invoices arrive through the network.
- Manage supported document formats, including specific ones such as bis-self-billing for those who work with self-billing.
- Renew your registration when new formats are needed, with a clear notification when that’s the case.
What it gives you
- You don’t have to figure out yourself how Peppol works technically.
- You see at a glance whether your registration is in order.
- You decide whether invoices arrive through the Peppol network.
- You know when your registration needs renewing, also if you work with self-billing.
Peppol works in the background. You invoice the way you’re used to.
