Some clients send everything neatly. Others hand over a folder, a pile of emails or a shared drive you have to search yourself. Since 1 January 2026, B2B invoices arrive via Peppol, but much of what you need isn’t in there: receipts, payslips, tax letters, insurance policies.
With e-reporting planned from 2028 (the draft bill still has to pass Parliament), accurate invoice data at your clients becomes even more important.

No. Your client uses Flow or Connect and invites you. Your own user is free of charge.
Which accounting software does it work with?
There is an API integration. Documents can also go to your accounting software’s digital mailbox, or you receive an export as PDF and XML (the Peppol file where available). We don’t offer custom integrations.
Which documents will I receive?
