Frequently asked questions.

Short and honest answers.

What is Peppol?

Peppol is an international network through which businesses exchange structured electronic invoices. Since 1 January 2026, VAT-registered businesses in Belgium must use structured e-invoices with each other, in principle via Peppol. Some groups are exempt. E-reporting is planned from 2028; the draft bill still has to pass Parliament. Peppol BIS 3.0 is included in every Flow plan. With Connect, you link your own accounting or ERP software to Peppol.

What does Striktly cost?

Flow has four plans: Starter, Lite, Flow and Professional. With annual billing they cost €17, €35, €65 or €95 per month; with monthly billing €20, €40, €70 or €100. Annual billing is therefore up to 15% cheaper. Starter is for one user and up to 25 invoices per month. Quotes and item management are included from Lite, bank integration from Flow. Lite, Flow and Professional come with a 14-day free trial; Starter has no trial period. Connect has a single plan, with no separate packages. We look at what it would cost for you in a no-obligation 30-minute demo.

What is the difference between Flow and Connect?
