Cookie policy

Last updated: October 2026

This text will undergo a legal review before launch.

The website www.striktly.eu (the “Website”) uses cookies and similar technologies. This cookie policy explains which ones, what for, and how to manage your choice.

1. General

This cookie policy forms an integral part of the privacy policy of Striktly Business Software (“we” or “us”), Hessenplein 2, 2000 Antwerp. There you can read how we handle your personal data and what your rights are.

We place necessary cookies without consent, because the Website doesn’t work without them. All other cookies and scripts (analytics and marketing) are only loaded after you have given your explicit consent. Refusing has no effect on your access to the Website.

2. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that your browser stores when you visit a website. They can be placed by the Website itself (first-party) or by another party (third-party). Some disappear when you close your browser (session cookies), others remain until their expiry date (persistent cookies). Similar technologies include, for example, local storage, session storage and third-party scripts or pixels.

3. Your consent

On your first visit, we ask via a cookie banner whether you allow analytics and marketing cookies. You can choose “Accept all” as easily as “Reject all”, or set what you allow per category via “Preferences”. All non-necessary categories are off by default. As long as you have not given consent, all consent signals are set to “denied” and we do not load the scripts of the providers below. Google Tag Manager itself does load on every visit: it places no cookies and only starts those providers’ tags after your consent. In doing so, Google receives technical data such as your IP address.

We store your choice, with date and version, for 6 months in a cookie on your device. After that, or if we materially change the list of cookies, we ask again. You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Withdrawal applies to the future. We then also delete the analytics and marketing cookies that we can reach from our website. Cookies that a provider placed on its own domain (e.g. facebook.com or linkedin.com) can be deleted via your browser.

For Google services, we use Google Consent Mode (v2). As long as you have not given consent, the ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization signals are set to “denied”.

4. Which cookies do we use?

The retention periods below are those stated by the providers themselves. They may change them; we keep this list up to date.
