What happens if I stop an annual subscription?
With annual payment, your subscription runs until the end of the prepaid year and stops after that.
Can I try Flow for free first?
Yes. You can try Flow Lite, Flow and Flow Professional free for 14 days. Flow Starter has no trial period. That way you see straight away whether it fits the way you work.
How does the invoice limit work?
In Flow Starter you create up to 25 invoices per month. In Flow Lite, Flow and Flow Professional the number of invoices is unlimited.
What does an extra user cost?
Every plan includes one user. Flow Starter stays at one user. In Flow Lite, Flow and Flow Professional you add extra users at €10 per user.
Are prices per month or per year?
You choose: billed monthly or annually. With annual billing you save up to 15%. Flow Starter then costs, for example, €17 per month instead of €20.
Is Peppol included in every plan?
Yes. Sending and receiving according to Peppol BIS 3.0 is included in all Flow plans.
I want to keep my current software. What then?
Then Connect is probably a better choice. Connect links your current software to the Peppol network, via a web app or via API.
